Leo Vieira is back in the house!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Master Leonardo Vieira is a regular visitor to TND and it is a pleasure to welcome him again through our doors this month. One of the top all time BJJ competitiors, Leozinho will be in the gym and training with us from the 3rd to the 7th of October, so come and take advantage!

For those of you unfamiliar with Leo Vieira, he is a veteran black belt under Romero Cavalcanti. Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1976, he became famous for combining an attention-grabbing grappling style with an amazing track record in competition, claiming ADCC and World Champion on numerous occasions.

In addition to his competition success, Leo Vieira was also the co-founder of important teams such as Brasa Clube de Jiu Jitsu and Checkmat BJJ. CheckMat is one of the most successful international BJJ teams and is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil. Established in 2008 by Leo and his brothers, it has helped many new stars in their own rise to glory, including Marcus “Buchecha” Almeida and Lucas Leite (who are also frequent visitors to TND!).
