On Saturday, 20 September 2025 (Gi) and Sunday, 21 September 2025 (No-Gi), Team Nogueira Dubai hosted Mica Galvão for a two-day seminar focused on clear, transferable Jiu-Jitsu. Across both sessions, Mica emphasised timing, positional control, and building simple sequences that translate from drilling to live rounds. Athletes worked through practical progressions, situational training, and Q&A on mindset, preparation, and competition habits.
